Last year my math class did a Holiday Project of baking breads. Needless to say, it was a bit overwhelming needing to bake over 40 breads in 2 days (in addition to maintaining my teaching responsibilities.....) so this year, we're doing something we can prepare a bit ahead and store. We're making Ho-Ho-Holiday Tins! We're selling them for $6.00 and each tin includes candy cane brittle, jingle bell pretzels, merry chocolate nutty caramels, creamy chocolate fudge and a SPECIAL surprise... wanna know what it is??? Well, I've been working with a local plastics company to design our own Woodstock Academy chocolate mold! It will feature our "clocktower" and we can make little chocolate clocktowers! I'm so excited.... it should be arriving any day now!
*Update* 4/2/2012 Our clocktower mold arrived mid-February. We've just created some chocolates for an Easter fundraiser!
